Our <i>proprium<\/i> consists of addressing issues that arise in any legal field in the reconstruction of the multi-level regulatory law (domestic and European), in its interpretation and application, using appropriate criteria and suggesting innovative strategic solutions with a view to protecting fundamental rights.
