The firm was founded in 2012 as a merging of two scientific, academic and institutional experiences in the field of constitutional law and “new law” developed with European integration. Our mission combines the methodological approach of scientific research with the effectiveness of legal advice and assistance in writing pro veritate opinions, defending clients in court, and training and updating other professionals and companies. Our proprium consists of addressing issues that arise in any legal field in the reconstruction of the multi-level regulatory law (domestic and European), in its interpretation and application, using appropriate criteria and suggesting innovative strategic solutions with a view to protecting fundamental rights. Each assignment is approached with the care and depth that distinguishes academic activity.
