PRACTICE AREAS

CONSTITUTIONAL JUSTICE

Constitutional justice” as a specific area of law was born with the institution after the Second World War as a consequence of the establishment of national constitutional Courts and the European Court of Human Rights of Strasbourg and the Court of Justice of the European Union. Since then, the validity and applicability of all national regulations are shaped and conditioned by the rules and principles of the Constitution and by the supranational case law. Our activity is carried out where those rules and principles come into play.
