Assistant Professor of Banking and Commercial Law at the Catholic University of Milan and Professor of Commercial Law at the Specialisation School for Legal Professions within the above-mentioned University.
Ph.D. in International Commercial Law at the Catholic University of Milan. Research fellow in Commercial Law at the Law Faculty of the same University from July 2007. Commercial Law researcher at the University of Messina from December 2008, initially at the Faculty of Economics and, subsequently, at the Department of Law.
At the University of Messina he taught both Commercial and Banking Law and was a professor at the local School of Specialisation for Legal Professions as well as at “Salvatore Pugliatti Notary School“. He gave Commercial Law classes at the University of Heidelberg and annually teaches Banking Law as part of the post-graduate course in Italian and European Law at the University of Warsaw.
In December 2013 he obtained the national scientific qualification for first and second level university professor of Commercial Law (renewed in 2018).
Former secretary of the European Banking and Financial Law Association.
Author of several contributions about commercial law and books concerning management liability in groups of companies, participative and non-participative financial instruments in joint-stock commercial business and banking regulation.
